Dedicated Claims Account Manager

A Dedicated Claims Account Manager is assigned to handle claims processing on all coverages (Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, and Flex), answer all participant/provider inquiries regarding claim questions or benefit determination, as well as directly receive and respond to participant emails.

Dedicated Eligibility Representative

Each group is assigned a Dedicated Eligibility Representative to handle additions, changes, and deletions, as well as work with the Unified COBRA representative for ongoing COBRA notification and premium collection.

Live Answer Phone Operating System

Our commitment to client service is well demonstrated with our Live Answer Phone System. Receptionists, not automated voice systems, answer calls during our normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. An after-hours general voicemail is also available and messages are directed to the Claims Account Manager each business morning.

Prompt Claims Turnaround

Timely processing is paramount to our organization, and we adhere to the service standard of an average claim turnaround time of five business days. is a benefits information service that allows employers and employees 24/7 access to claims and eligibility information. Custom links can be uploaded and employers have secure single sign-on access to monthly reporting. Online services are offered electronically in a secure and confidential environment. Custom Implementation

Making a change in benefit administrators can be a challenge. With our custom implementation, a Dedicated Implementation Coordinator will be assigned to work with the client and the internal team at Unified throughout the transition and beyond. A progress schedule will be maintained to ensure that all parties can track the next step in the transition. Client specific employee packets will help educate health plan members regarding the changes. This follow-through gives employers peace of mind that all aspects of the implementation are complete.
