Unified Group Services has updated the monthly administration billing process to make accessing and viewing invoices easier than ever before for Customers.
- Monthly bills will now be posted on Customers’ secure employer portal. This will begin with October’s monthly bill, which will be posted beginning on September 1st through the portal.
- Customers will receive an email from their Unified billing representative informing them when their bill is available to view on the portal.
- All bills moving forward will now archive on Customer portals
- Online bill payment is now available, but current payment methods are still accepted
